We encourage all of our clients to begin with our intensive Functional Medicine Membership in order to achieve a baseline level of health and wellness. After six months on the Functional Medicine package many of our clients "graduate" to our Direct Primary Care Membership for health maintenance, prevention and ongoing unlimited access to Dr. Birkholz.
